Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Jack Cutrone, a licensed real estate salesperson with Patriot Real Properties ("we," "us"), collects and uses information on the buyer roadmap page at patriot-buyer-roadmap.pplx.app.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request the roadmap, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, your answers to the four questions (buying timeline, pre-approval status, whether this is your first home, and an optional town or area), and your consent choice.
Information collected automatically.
- The page address, any ad tracking tags in the link you clicked (for example, which ad or search campaign brought you here), a Google Ads click ID if you came from a Google ad, and the name of the website that referred you. Your browser keeps these details for up to 90 days so a later visit can still be credited to the ad you first clicked. They are sent with your request to our CRM so we know how you found us.
- A random request number for each inquiry you send, and the reference numbers of inquiries already sent from your browser. These contain no personal information. They stop a refreshed page, a double tap or a retry from creating a duplicate CRM record or being counted twice in Meta or Google ad reports.
- Anonymous form-progress events, such as whether a visitor started the form and which question they reached. These use a random visit ID and do not include your name, email or phone number.
- Your IP address, used briefly to block spam and repeated submissions.
- Cookies and similar technology from the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta that a page was viewed or a form was submitted so we can measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads.
- When we run Google search ads, the Google Ads tag, which uses cookies and similar technology to tell Google that a visitor who clicked our ad completed a request, so we can measure which searches and ads produce inquiries. We use it for measurement only: we do not use Google remarketing or personalized advertising lists, and we do not send Google your name, email or phone number. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Google Ads tag does not store ad cookies.
How we use your information
- To send you the buyer roadmap and answer your questions.
- To contact you by phone, text message and email about buying a home and related real estate services, as you agreed.
- To understand which ads and pages work, and to improve them.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share information with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this page and follow up with you, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where your contact details and answers are stored so we can follow up.
- Our website hosting provider, which runs this page and the form that sends your request to our CRM.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel, for ad measurement. We do not send Meta your name, email or phone number.
- Google, through the Google Ads tag, for ad measurement when we run Google search ads. We do not send Google your name, email or phone number.
- Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts on this page and receives your IP address when the page loads.
We may also share information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If you ask us to connect you with a lender, attorney, inspector or other professional, we will share your information with them only with your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep your information in our CRM for as long as needed to help with your home search and to keep accurate business records, unless you ask us to delete it. Anonymous form-progress data is kept only for reporting.
To stop a repeated submission from creating a duplicate record, our server keeps a one-way coded fingerprint of each request, together with its random reference number, for up to 24 hours. The fingerprint is made with a secret key and cannot be read back as your name, email or phone number. It is then deleted automatically.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or email us, to stop emails.
- Email [email protected] to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
- You can limit ad cookies in your browser settings, in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences, and in your Google ad settings at My Ad Center. You can also turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with our service providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This page is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
